Measurement System
This fully automatic system combines the
unparalleled accuracy and repeatability of our industry renowned
MIRAGE® Tabletop
Measurement Systems with a large stage, floor stand platform. Newly
designed from the ground up, the LUMINA makes a strong statement for
JMAR Precision Systems. The LUMINA is ideal for sub-micron critical
measurements such as BGA's, wafer defects, flat panels, MCM's,
micro-medical devices, and many other applications. JMAR-PSI's LUMINA
is engineered and manufactured for rugged reliability. The LUMINA is
particularly well suited to applications requiring extremely high
repeatability of Z height measurements across a large stage area.
